Panel Manufacturing

We design and manufacture custom control panels, power distribution panels, and switchgear panels using components from leading world manufacturers. Every panel undergoes full quality control and testing per IEC 61439.

What We Offer

MV & LV Power Distribution Panels:

Medium and low voltage switchgear and distribution boards designed for industrial facilities, solar power plants, and water treatment infrastructure — engineered for reliability, safety, and long service life.

Control & Automation Panels:

Custom-built control cabinets housing PLC systems, I/O modules, HMI interfaces, and communication equipment — fully wired, labelled, and tested before leaving our workshop.

Protection & Relay Panels:

Secondary protection and control panels for power system applications — including protection relays, measurement transformers, signalling equipment, and remote communication units.

Motor Control Centers (MCC):

Complete motor control solutions for pump stations and industrial facilities — incorporating soft starters, variable frequency drives, overload protection, and manual/automatic switching logic.

Battery & UPS Panels:DC distribution and uninterruptible power supply panels ensuring continuity of critical control and protection circuits even during grid disturbances.

Custom Enclosures & Busbars:

All panels are built to project-specific requirements — with enclosure selection, IP rating, busbar sizing, and internal layout optimised for the application and installation environment.

Panel Manufacturing

Why It Matters

A panel is only as good as the engineering behind it.

Off-the-shelf solutions rarely fit the real demands of industrial and energy projects. Every installation has its own load profile, environmental conditions, protection requirements, and integration constraints — and a panel that doesn't account for all of them creates problems that are expensive to fix on site.

At LACOM, every panel starts with a complete engineering design — including wiring schematics, equipment selection, short-circuit calculations, and heat dissipation analysis. Components are sourced from leading manufacturers such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, and ABB, and every panel undergoes a rigorous internal testing process before dispatch: wiring verification, functional testing of control logic, and validation of all protection circuits.

Because our engineers also write the technical documentation and commission the systems on site, every panel we build is fully aligned with the project drawings — with zero guesswork during installation.

Panel Manufacturing

Aditional Benefits

From the moment a panel enters production, it is tracked against the engineering documentation, assembled by experienced technicians, and signed off through a structured FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) process.

The result is a panel that arrives on site ready to connect — fully labelled, documented, and tested — so your installation team can focus on getting the system running, not troubleshooting unexpected wiring issues.
